Hi LoveS! I'm Danette!

Hi!! I am so happy you stopped by to check out my handmade jewelry! My name is Danette and I am the one woman show behind Silver Lace Designs. Each piece of Silver Lace is designed, hand-fabricated, and carefully made with love in my home studio in Spring Creek Nevada. I am a wife to my wonderful husband Vincent and a mother to my beautiful daughter Novella. We recently just sold our mountain home in Colorado and moved out west to Nevada to start this next chapter in our lives. Colorado was the beginning building blocks for my business and was a huge source of inspiration for my work. I will always have deep roots and love associated with Colorado. However, I am excited to make this switch to the Nevada desert life and see where this new adventure leads me and my work. I cannot wait to take you along on this new journey!

I started this business after I found my voice in metal and stone almost 6 years ago. I was at a burnout stage in my life and desired direction. For so long I searched for where I belonged. I have always been artistically a jack of all trades and loved creating, but nothing ever really stuck. I came across a jewelry trade school in Denver and took the leap. I immediately knew this was my calling. The moment I first held a saw frame and torch I was hooked. Everything felt right.

Building this business from the ground up has truly set my soul on fire and I hope you feel and see the passion. I am constantly inspired to do and be better at my craft, always learning and building my skill set. Creating jewelry that speaks straight from my heart, resembling this beautiful EARTH, and built with these two hands. I couldn’t do it without the amazing support from all of you, thank you for being here! Cheers to the future!
